Paneer Barfi

Ingredients

50 gms | Paneer |
20 ml | Cream |
1/2 tsp | Stevia |
A pinch | Cardamom powder |
1 tsp | Ghee |
As needed | Pistachios and saffon strands (for garnish) |
Method
- In a pan, mix the soft paneer, cream, stevia, cardamom powder, and ghee. Stir to combine.
- Heat the mixture on medium flame, stirring continuously until the ghee starts to separate from the mixture. Ensure the consistency is smooth and well-blended.
- Transfer the cooked mixture into a silicone mould or a small container lined with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly to form a compact layer.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios and saffron strands on top, pressing gently to stick them to the surface.
- Place the mould in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the barfi to set.
- Once set, remove from the mould and serve chilled.
