Ingredients:

Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Place the shredded zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture. Afterwards, squeeze out the liquid using a clean cloth or paper towel.
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, beaten eggs, 1/2 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the zucchini mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly to form a crust.

Method
Marinate the Chicken:- In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, rice syrup, gochugaru, gochujang, minced garlic, minced ginger, cooking wine, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, mixing well to ensure all pieces are coated evenly.
- Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight for a more intense flavour.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet, spreading the pieces out in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until it is fully cooked and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, transfer it to a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top for garnish.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Cover the skillet and cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Method
