Method

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • Place the shredded zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture. Afterwards, squeeze out the liquid using a clean cloth or paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, beaten eggs, 1/2 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Method

Marinate the Chicken:
