Cheese Chilli Dim Sum is an authentic fusion of delightful cheese and easily available ingredients which can satisfy your brunch cravings with every bite.
Ingredients

Method
- Step 1: Start by preparing the stuffing for the dim sum. Combine all the ingredients mentioned in the stuffing section in a bowl and mix everything nicely.
- Step 2: Divide the mixture into 20 portions and roll them into small balls. Allow it to rest for some time.
- Step 3: Place the dim sum on a flat surface and dab the edges of the pastry with water. Place stuffing in the centre and shape the dim sum into the desired shape.
- Step 4: Steam the dim sum for about 20 minutes or until it’s cooked properly, serve hot with chilli sauce and mayonnaise, Enjoy!
