For the Dough:

1/2 tspGarlic, chopped
1/4 tspGreen chilli, chopped
2 tbspOnion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Tomato, finely chopped
1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tspCoriander powder
1/8 tspRed chilli powder
1Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Sachet
1/2 tspChaat masala
1/2 tbspFresh coriander, chopped

Method

  • In a bowl, mix 100 g wheat flour with ¼ tsp salt. Gradually add water while kneading to form a soft dough.
  • Add ½ tsp oil and knead again for 2-3 minutes to make the dough smooth and elastic.
  • Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan. Add ½ tsp cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add ½ tsp chopped garlic and ¼ tsp chopped green chilli. Saute until fragrant.
  • Stir in 2 tbsp chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and cook until softened.
  • Season with ⅛ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp coriander powder, and ⅛ tsp red chilli powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and mix in 1 Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Sachet , ½ tsp chaat masala, and ½ tbsp chopped coriander. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  • Divide the dough into two equal balls. Roll out one ball into a thin circle.
