Ingredients

1 Cup Dosa batter
¼ Cup Grated cheese
4 tbsp Capsicum
2 Green chillies

Method

  • Step 1: Start by adding finely chopped capsicum to the dosa batter. You can use different coloured capsicum to make the paniyarams more attractive.
  • Step 2: Next, in a bowl add ¼ cup grated cheese and finely chopped green chillies to the batter. Mix everything nicely.
  • Step 3: Heat the paniyaram pan and drizzle oil in all the sections. Pour paniyaram batter inside the pan, fill with cheese mixture and top it again with paniyaram batter. Cook covered on medium heat and don’t forget to flip on the other side.
  • Step 4: Take out the paniyarams and repeat the process for the leftover batter. Serve cheese chilli paniyaram and enjoy!
