Cheese Samosa Recipe

Cheese samosas are perfect for any occasion, whether it be an afternoon tea snack, a party appetiser, or a side dish at a family gathering.

250 gmsBritannia The Laughing Cow Mozzarella - Diced
1 Onion, chopped
1 Capsicum, chopped
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tspCumin powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 packSamosa sheets
2 tbspCornflour paste
As neededOil

Method

  • In a bowl, combine the Britannia The Laughing Cow Mozzarella - Diced, onion, capsicum, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.
  • Take one samosa pastry sheet and fold it into a cone shape. Fill the cone with the cheese mixture.
  • Seal the edges of the pastry with cornflour paste to ensure the filling stays inside during frying.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot with tamarind chutney or mint chutney.
