4 cloves | Garlic, minced |

Method
- Preheat your oven to 220°C. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Ensure the sheet is large enough to spread the asparagus in a single layer.
- Rinse the asparagus under cold water, pat them dry, and trim the woody ends. Arrange the spears evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Drizzle this garlic oil mixture evenly over the asparagus. Use your hands or tongs to toss the spears, ensuring they are fully coated with the oil mixture for optimal flavour.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until the asparagus are bright green and just beginning to soften. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and scatter the chopped Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Cubes evenly over the asparagus.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven. Switch to the broil (or grill) setting. Cook the asparagus for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. Watch closely to prevent burning.
