These Cheesy Murukku Sandwiches are a celebration of creativity, a blend of old and new, and a delicious way to light up your festive spread.

100 gms Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block, grated
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1Tomato, thinly sliced
2-3 tbsp Fine sev
PinchChaat masala
PinchGround cumin
As neededGreen chutney
To tasteSalt

Method

    Spread a generous amount of green chutney on one side of each murukku.
  • Layer cucumber, tomato, and onion on one slice.
  • Sprinkle the vegetables with a pinch of chaat masala and cumin.
  • Add some fine sev on top of the veggies.
  • Sprinkle grated Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block generously.
  • Place another slice of murukku on top, chutney side down.
  • Optionally, spread a little chutney on top of the murukku sandwich and sprinkle more sev before serving.
