Cheese Egg Dosa
Prepped with a delightful blend of cheese, egg and veggies, here’s a quick recipe that you must try this week.
Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredients |
1 cup | Dosa batter |
1 | Onion, chopped |
1 | Tomato, chopped |
2 | Eggs |
50 gm | Coriander leaves, chopped |
1 tsp | Red chilli powder |
1/2 cup | Cheddar cheese, grated |
1/2 tsp | Turmeric powder |
To taste | Salt and pepper |
As needed | Oil |
Method
- Crack open eggs in a mixing bowl and add in powdered spices along with chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
- Add a tbsp of oil on a non-stick tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Immediately, spread the batter by moving the ladle in a circular direction.
- Next, pour the egg batter ensuring the dosa is coated evenly with the egg batter. Cook the dosa from both sides.
- Garnish with grated cheese and allow the cheese to melt properly. Fold the dosa into semi-circle and serve with sambhar or any condiment of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
