Cheese Egg Dosa

Prepped with a delightful blend of cheese, egg and veggies, here’s a quick recipe that you must try this week.

1 cupDosa batter
1Onion, chopped
1Tomato, chopped
2Eggs
50 gmCoriander leaves, chopped
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 cupCheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
To tasteSalt and pepper

Method

  • Crack open eggs in a mixing bowl and add in powdered spices along with chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
  • Add a tbsp of oil on a non-stick tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Immediately, spread the batter by moving the ladle in a circular direction.
  • Next, pour the egg batter ensuring the dosa is coated evenly with the egg batter. Cook the dosa from both sides.
  • Garnish with grated cheese and allow the cheese to melt properly. Fold the dosa into semi-circle and serve with sambhar or any condiment of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
