Ingredients

200 g | Rice flour |
1/2 cup | Whole milk |
1/4 cup | Olive oil |
1/3 cups | Green onions, chopped |
45 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
30 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
5 g | Salt |
1 | Egg beaten |
Method
- Start by preheating the oven and adding glutinous rice flour and salt to a mixing bowl. Stir milk and oil into the mix with the help of a spoon. Mix nicely and pour the beaten egg mixture into the rice flour bowl.
- Stir grated cheeses including parmesan and cheddar cheese with chopped green onions. Mix well with a spoon and dust your work surface with rice flour and shape the dough into a disc.
- Cut the dough into 8 wedges and roll each wedge into a ball. Place dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 18-20 minutes until you see cracks in the surface of the bread.
- Bake until golden in colour and let cool slightly before serving. Serve and enjoy!
