Tandoori paneer pizza is a delicious and flavourful option for your next weekend gathering.

300 gms Bread flour
1 tspYeast
1 tspSalt
1 tbspOlive oil
As neededWater
For Toppings
2 cupsPizza sauce
200 gmsPaneer, cubed
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tspChilli powder
1 tbspTandoori masala powder
1 cupMozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cupCheddar cheese, grated
1Onion, chopped
1Green belle pepper, chopped
As neededCoriander, chopped
1 tspLemon juice
To tasteSalt

Method

  • Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add olive oil and mix well. Gradually add water until a soft dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
  • In a bowl, combine cubed paneer, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tandoori masala powder, salt and vinegar. Mix well to coat the paneer evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably for 2 hours or longer for deeper flavours.
  • Preheat your oven to 250°C. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the dough. Top with marinated paneer cubes. Scatter mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top. Add chopped red onion, green pepper and coriander leaves.
  • Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes. Slice the pizza and serve hot.
