Cheese Sausage Balls- Serves 6

Ingredients

500 gms	Chicken sausages
2 cups	Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups	Pancake mix
1/4 tsp	Garlic powder
To taste	Salt and pepper

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, and seasonings. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, about an inch apart.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
