Cheese Malai Kofta

Malai Kofta is considered one of the authentic Indian recipes prepared with a delectable blend of spices and paneer-cheese kofta. For all the foodies, this delicacy is not only healthy but delicious as well. Traditionally, Kofta curry used to be together with meatballs instead of paneer and cheese, but the vegetarian version is equally satisfying and amazing. Weight Watchers can take an easier route of air-frying the kofta balls than that of frying.
Malai means cream and Koftas are soft round balls prepped with a blend of easily available ingredients. The creamy texture of gravy is silky smooth with a delightful blend of cashew paste. You can savour this flavourful delicacy with a twist of wholesome spices. Here’s a simple recipe of cheese shawarma rolls which will keep everyone coming back for seconds.
