Ingredients

2 tbsp | Peanut butter |
1 | Cheese slice |
1 tbsp | Chilli garlic sauce |
1 tbsp | Brown sugar |
1 tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 packet | Instant ramen |
1 | Green onion, sliced |
Method
- Start by combining the peanut butter, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth. Bring a small pot of water to a rolling boil on high heat.
- Stir ¼ cup of water into the peanut chilli paste until it forms a smooth paste. Ensure that the paste is in a pourable sauce. Add ramen noodles without the seasoning packet to the boiling water and boil it for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
- Drain the noodles and return them to the pot with the heat off. Pour the peanut sauce over top and stir well to combine. Top with sliced green onions and cheese slices, allow the cheese to melt. Serve and enjoy!
