Cheese Bread Pakoda is a perfect fusion of delectable cheese and the traditional pakoda that satisfies your soul with every bite.

Ingredients

4Green chillies
1/2 cupCheese, grated
3 cupsRefined oil
16Bread slices (white)
1 Yellow bell pepper
1/2 cupMozzarella cheese
1Capsicum, diced
2 pinchesBaking soda

1 tsp Turmeric

Method

  • Start by chopping the vegetables and grating the mozzarella cheese.
  • In a bowl, mix the chopped veggies and cheese nicely.
  • In another bowl, add water, turmeric, salt and gram flour.
  • Stir in baking powder and ensure that your batter has a good consistency.
  • Spread the cheese mixture on your bread slices and cover one slice with another. Cut your slices into half.
  • Dip them carefully into the gram flour mixture and deep fry until golden and crisp. Serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup and enjoy.

Cheese potato wedges are a perfect blend of cheese loaded with delicious flavours.

Ingredients

2 tspMixed herbs
1 cup Onions, chopped
1 tbspDijon mustard
2 tsp Chilli flakes
4 tspButter
1/4 cupFresh cream
as requiredWater
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tspSalt

Method

  • Start by slicing potatoes into thick wedges and boil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Drain the water and keep them aside.
  • In a non-stick pan, melt butter and add chopped onions. Saute until translucent.
  • Add boiled wedges to the sauteed onions.
  • Add chilli flakes, fresh cream, mixed herbs, Dijon mustard and salt.
  • Mix everything together and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with mixed herbs and cheese. Serve hot and enjoy.
