1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
½ cup Buttermilk, at room temperature

For the Frosting

½ cup Butter, softened
1/4 tspSalt
3 ½ cups Powdered sugar

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a standard muffin pan with 12 cupcake liners to ensure easy removal.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and 1/4 tsp salt. Set aside.
  • Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat the softened Britannia The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese until smooth and free of lumps. Add 1/4 cup softened butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed until smooth and well combined.
