2 tbsp Beans, finely chopped
1/2 cupTomato, finely chopped

1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/4 tspCumin Powder, roasted
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tspAmchur Powder

Method

  • Heat water in a pan and add the mashed potatoes, chopped carrots, beans, and tomatoes. Cook the vegetables until soft. Once done, mash them well and set aside.
  • In a non-stick pan, heat the oil and butter. Add the finely chopped onions, green chilli, and capsicum. Sauté until the onions are soft and golden.
  • To the sauteed vegetables, add the Kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and amchur powder. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes until the oil begins to separate from the spices.
  • Add the mashed vegetables into the pan and mix everything together. Pour in a little water to adjust the consistency. Simmer the mixture for 5-7 minutes, allowing all the flavours to blend.
  • Heat a tawa and melt a little butter on it. Slice the pav buns and toast them on the tawa until golden and crispy.
  • Place the toasted pav buns on a serving plate. Spoon the hot bhaji on top of each pav. Add a dollop of salted butter, squeeze over the Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Sachets, and sprinkle a few coriander leaves.
