This wholesome cheese dip blends tender cauliflower and carrots with Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Sachet for a smooth, satisfying treat.

1Large carrot, peeled and diced
2Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Sachets
60 mlMilk (any kind)
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
As neededChips, crackers, and/or raw vegetables for dipping
1/4 tspSalt

Method

  • Add the cauliflower florets and diced carrots to a small pot with 250 ml of water. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 12–15 minutes or until the vegetables are very tender and can be easily mashed with a fork.
  • Drain any remaining water from the pot. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender or food processor for the next step.
  • Add the Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Sachets, milk, garlic powder, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the dip is too thick, add a bit more milk, one tablespoon at a time, and blend again to achieve the desired consistency.
