Method
- Step 1: Start by whisking eggs and milk together. In a bowl, add bread crumbs and dip each cheese bite into flour and later into egg mixture.
- Step 2: Remove the excess and roll the cheese bites into breadcrumbs. Ensure that your cheese bites are coated evenly. Repeat the process with remaining cheese bites.
- Step 3: Freeze the cheese bites until the coating is set properly. In the meantime, heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadhai, and place a parchment paper on plate.
