Method

  • Start by toasting the bread until lightly golden and set aside. Fry the bacon until crisp and drain on a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and basil pesto and in another bowl add mayonnaise and sun-dried tomato pesto.
  • Spread the basil pesto mayonnaise on 1 side of the sandwich and add a handful of cheese on top.
  • Top with lettuce and tomato slices as desired.
  • On the other slice of bread, place sliced avocado on top of basil pesto mayonnaise.
  • Top the avocado with a few strips of bacon and ham and top the slice on the first piece of the bread.
  • Lightly grill the sandwich until the cheese is melted.
  • Repeat the process with other bread slices and cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips and ketchup. Enjoy!
