Method

  • Clean and dice the mushrooms into small pieces.
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the mushrooms and saute them until they turn golden brown. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
