Cheese cutlets are crispy, golden-brown patties with a gooey creamy cheese centre. These versatile snacks can be served as appetisers or enjoyed as a side dish.

  • Britannia The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese

  • 2 cup

  • Bread Crumbs

  • 1 cup

  • Eggs

  • 2 pieces

  • All Purpose Flour

  • 1/4 cup

  • Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon

  • Onion Powder

  • 1 teaspoon

  • Salt And Pepper

  • 1 Pinch

  • Oil

  • 1 As required

Prepare the dough

In a large bowl, mix Britannia The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into small patties. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with the remaining beaten egg, and one with the remaining breadcrumbs.

Serve and enjoy!

Coat each patty in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
