  • 8 slices

  • Cauliflower

  • 400 grams

  • Zucchini

  • 250 mililitre

Preparation

1
Step 1

Saute chopped onion for pasta

Boil the pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside. Roughly chop the cauliflower and zucchini. Steam them until tender, then set aside. In a saucepan, heat the butter or oil. Add the diced onion, and sauté until the onion is softened and translucent. Stir in the flour and cook for around 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring to prevent lumps. If you preheat the milk, the sauce will thicken more quickly.

Step 2

Serve and enjoy!

Bring the sauce just to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it thicken until smooth. Add 6 torn Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slices into the sauce, stirring until melted. Remove from heat once smooth. Puree the cooked cauliflower and zucchini until smooth and mix it into the cheese sauce. Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta. Pour the pasta mixture into a greased oven-proof dish. Tear the remaining Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slices into pieces and scatter on top. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
