  • Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slices

  • 4 slices

  • Bread

  • 4 slices

  • Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon

  • Paprika

  • 1 teaspoon

  • Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon

  • Mustard Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon

  • Lettuce Leaves

  • 1 As required

  • Tomato

  • 1 small

  • Salt

  • 1 Pinch

  • Black Pepper

  • 1 Pinch

Step 1

Cook the chicken breast

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.Cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.Lightly toast the bread slices if desired. Spread mayonnaise and mustard sauce on one side of each bread slice.

Serve and enjoy!

Place two slices of Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slices on each slice.Place a few lettuce leaves and tomato slices (if using) on the bottom slice of bread.Add the sliced chicken on top of the vegetables.If you prefer the cheese melted, place the assembled sandwich back in the skillet and heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing down gently with a spatula until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.Slice the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
