Chicken
500 grams
Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slices
4 slices
Onion
1 medium
Garlic
2 cloves
Oregano Flakes
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Burger Buns
4 pieces
Lettuce Leaves
1 handful
Tomato
1 medium
Mayonnaise

Step 1
Prepare the chicken patties
Start by prepping the chicken patties. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, slightly larger than the size of your burger buns.Heat a grill pan or frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray.Place the chicken patties onto the hot pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and nicely browned.

Serve and enjoy!
During the last minute of cooking, place one of the Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Slices on each patty to melt. Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster. Spread mayonnaise or your chosen sauce on the bottom half of each bun.Place a chicken patty with melted cheese on top of the sauce. Layer lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes on top of the patty.Close the burger with the top half of the bun. Repeat with the remaining patties and assemble all the cheeseburgers.Serve immediately accompanied by your favourite sides like fries or a fresh salad.
