Preparation
Step 1
Cook the veggies
Add the cauliflower florets and diced carrots to a small pot with 250 ml of water. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 12–15 minutes or until the vegetables are very tender and can be easily mashed with a fork. Drain any remaining water from the pot. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender or food processor for the next step. Add the Britannia The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Sachets, milk, garlic powder, and salt to the blender.

Serve and enjoy!
Blend until smooth and creamy. If the dip is too thick, add a bit more milk, one tablespoon at a time, and blend again to achieve the desired consistency. Taste the dip and adjust the salt if needed. You can also add a pinch of pepper or extra garlic powder for more flavour, depending on preference. Pour the dip into a serving bowl and pack with crackers chips or raw vegetables like cucumber slices, celery sticks, or bell peppers.
