Nikita ToppoThis is a cheesy and spicy evening snack you can easily prepare at home. Made with bell pepper, oregano and butter, it is loved by all.

4 slices sourdough bread, 4 tablespoons cream cheese

½ cup finely chopped red onion, ½ cup finely chopped bell pepper, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1-2 finely chopped green chillies, ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro, ¼ teaspoon chaat masala, ½ teaspoon oregano, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ⅛ - ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon red chilli flakes

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the filling: onion, bell pepper, cheese, green chilli, cilantro, and spices.

Mix well and set aside. Divide into four portions. Place the bread slices in the air fryer and toast at 350°F for 2-3 minutes until lightly crispy.

Spread cream cheese or butter on the toasted bread. Evenly spread the chilli cheese mixture on top. Add chillies.

Air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts and the top turns golden brown. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Place the bread slices on the tray and bake for 4-5 minutes until lightly crispy. Spread cream cheese or butter on the toasted bread.

Evenly spread the chili cheese mixture on top.

Bake again at 400°F for 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts and the top turns golden brown. Serve hot.
