Nikita ToppoMade with milk, parsley, cloves and grated cheese, this dish is easy to prepare and also comforting. Here is the recipe for cheese pasta, make it at home for your next dinner.

2 tablespoons butter, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 heaped tablespoon flour, 1-1½ cups milk, ½ cup cream, 2 cups cheese, handful fresh parsley chopped, squeeze of lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste 500 g pasta cooked (reserve 1 cup of the cooking water)

Melt butter in a large pan.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Whisk in flour, then gradually add milk, whisking constantly to form a smooth sauce.

Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn off heat. Stir in cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Toss cooked pasta with the cheese sauce in the pan.

Add reserved pasta water, a little at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
